On January 22, 2008 I began to make a drawing every morning and post its image online. I called this project Morning Drawing. I continued Morning Drawing for 4 years, until June 2012, and it contains over 1300 pieces. The love-child of Internet performance and traditional art practice- I did it because of my interest in making art continuously, without waiting for a convenient time, or inspiration, or an exhibition. It contains works on paper from 3 inches to 3 feet tall, and is the laboratory in which most of my other projects have had their beginnings.
Morning Drawing has been shown in the US and abroad in numerous group and solo exhibitions.
